How we will work together

We will keep you fully informed every step of the way. We will provide considered, realistic advice so you can make smart decisions with confidence when they are required. Our most basic level of communication includes the following:

  • Weekly written reports including buyer names, feedback and price level interest
  • Weekly face-­to-­face meetings
  • An update via phone after each open inspection
  • Regular calls and emails to update you on day­-to-­day developments.

If you would like more or less communication, we would be very glad to accommodate you. Please advise us of your preferences in relation to communication.

How we work with buyers

We assure you that every buyer who inspects your property will be followed up with a phone call. We will gauge their interest, seek their general feedback on your property and the price; and we will provide you with a summary of their views in our weekly report.

We will respond to every buyer enquiry within 1 hour. We will pursue every buyer lead, even if this means arranging private inspections outside business hours or speaking to them via telephone at odd hours (often required with overseas buyers).
